Global warming is real and chameleon activity is the main cause", the Chameleon Island leader, Lord Rasputia, told a joint hearing of committees governing energy and environmental matters. "Climate change threatens the survival of our civilisation and habitability of Chameleon Island", he said. "Today we present this Climate Change Bill that is a road map to our quest for green prosperity and addressing this island emergency that we all chameleons now face", Lord Rasputia said.

This Bill gives in detail the means and alternatives by which the Chameleon Island government will deliver on its commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and consequently the threat of global warming.

The complex nature of the Bill made it difficult for ordinary Chameleons to understand, and games have been developed that help Chameleons understand this Bill better.
