Absolutely ... in your account there is an option to delete all information about yourself from our databases. It is as simple as clicking that option.

I have received a gift voucher by e-mail from a friend, registered an account with Chameleon Island, but I'm still not sure how to redeem the voucher.
Choose whatever product you want to buy, and on the checkout process, you will see a box that requires you to enter your redeem code number that has been send to you by e-mail. Enter this number and proceed. If you have selected product(s) that cost more than the value of the voucher, you can top the balance with your creditcard or PAGO wallet.

Can I purchase products from your store without registering a customer account?
You certainly have that choice. However, most of our services will not be available to customers that do not have an account with us, such as: you cannot view the status of your order; you are unable to to take advantage of gift voucher facility; and each time you shop with us you will have to re-enter all of your data.

At this moment in time, they are only available in English. We are however, keeping the option open to have them in other languages, if there is a large enough demand for it.
